A former P&G marketer and expert brand-builder who has recently been snapped up by forward-thinking online retail giant, missguided.co.uk as Chief Customer Officer. His recent appointment will see him drive the customer strategy for the brand’s progressive shift from clicks to bricks and oversee the brand’s CX strategy for their Middle East expansion. Prior to his most recent appointment, Nelson spent 3+ years with Shop Direct, the UK’s largest multi-brand retailer as the Group Marketing and Creative Director, helping to deliver double-digit topline and PBT growth.
